Haley & Brian - Wedding Photography

Edits-34.jpg

I haven’t been a wedding photographer for very long (almost 4 years now!) Because of this, there are often many times where I get to experience “firsts” at weddings. Like, the first time it rains on the wedding day, or the first time a bridesmaid takes a fall during the portrait session.

Haley and Brian’s wedding in July of 2018 (I know, a little late on the blogging over here, but better late than never right?) had so many amazing firsts. This was the first time the entire bride tribe had an in-depth conversation about the enneagram (I’m an enneagram nerd, so this made me SO happy). This was also the first time that I have never been to a wedding where there were so many dance circles during the reception. It was as if everywhere I looked, someone was in the middle of a circle giving 100% effort. This was also the first wedding I have been to where the guests have a dance party in the rain (p o u r i n g rain) immediately after the bride and groom do their exit!

This wedding has gone down in the books as one of my favorites I have ever done. The downtown Knoxville vibe, the dancing, the sunset, the Art Emporium, the super cool black wall, Brian crying at Haley’s letter before their first look. Truly incredible.

Below are a few of our favorite photos from their wedding day. Tap on any of them to enlarge it!

MADE WITH LOVE,
