Alaynie & Jay - Wedding Photography
When I arrived to Alaynie and Jay’s wedding at The Standard, I was greeted by some of the best things: Twirling flower girls in pooffy dresses, bridesmaids who played music to pump up Alaynie, and even a dog that welcomed me and Sarah (our awesome second shooter) in with a lick!
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Alaynie walked out to reveal her gorgeous dress. She walked out and gave her dress an amazing twirl as her bridesmaids cheered, laughed and even cried! They surrounded her and helped her put on the finishing touches (which included some amazingly sparkly shoes)! I know saying “Bride Tribe” is a bit overdone, the way Alaynie’s bridesmaids understood her was fierce enough to be described as a tribe!
A good indicator that it was a good wedding is when I import my photos and feel eager to edit them right away. That is exactly how I felt about Alaynie and Jay’s wedding. I loved how their photos turned out. They were a good combination of intimate and fun. Alaynie and Jay really wanted photos on Gay St. in front of the Tennessee sign. In true wedding day fashion, we stopped traffic in order to get the perfect shot!! While we broke the law by not using a sidewalk, it definitely was worth it because those were some of my favorite photos from the day!
Hopefully you’ll love these photos as much as I do!
Made with Love,
Leah
